Hello,

I recently designed a PCB using some TI components. I wasted to perform a signal and power integrity analysis of the PCB. I needed the IBIS models for the following components as they were unavailable on the product page.

1. OPA1662

2.OPA1664

3. TPS22919

4. TLV702125

5. TPS7A0533

6. TPS22960

Please help me find the IBIS models of the above mentioned components or suggest a suitable alternative IBIS model for those.

    Hello Mohan, 

      Simulation models are available on each device's Product Folder page.  For the devices you have listed, however, only PSpice models are available.  For example,OPA1662 https://www.ti.com/product/OPA1662 , scroll down to the Design & Development section, you can download the PSpice model. 

      Please check the TLV702125 part number you have listed.  There is the TLV702 LDO series, and TLV7021 Comparator series, but neither has a TLV702125 associated with it.

    Hello Leonard,

    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I did see PSpice models for every component. However, for SI analysis I required IBIS models. I will look into what all the PSpice models can give. 

    My bad, it is actually the TLV702-Q1 series I am referring to.
