And if so, are there configuration file for TPS65982on this EVM?

Hi Takuya,

The link you posted is the configuration file for the minidock, TIDA-01243. This is for this reference design and will be compatible with the TPS65982.

so that mean the file include configuration of TPS65986 and TPS65982, is it correct?

Yes it includes both. Please follow the directions in the Design Guide, which will walk you through how to program each aspect of the device firmware.
