I'm trying to do transient analysis using TINA. Can you please let me know if any fix is required in snvm606.tsc file?

Hi Sadashiva,
We observed the following fix in your circuit.
1. The SYNC pin should be either connected to an external clock or it should be grounded if not used. Please refer to the 7.3.7 Switching Frequency (RT) and Synchronization (SYNC) in the datasheet.
2. The Output voltage is set by the feedback resistors RFBT/RFBB . Please use the proper values of Rfbb resistor(10.12K ohm) as per the equation given in the datasheet section 7.3.3 Adjustable Output Voltage.
3. The value of the load resistor (R1) should be 8 ohm for Vout=12V and Iout=1.5 A i.,e. Rout=Vout/Iout =12/1.5=8 ohm

Please have a look at simulation screenshot
xpected voltage for VOUT for entire duration of simulation (5msec)? I'm missing something here?
Hi Sadashiva,
The device is being hit the Valley current limit(2.05A). The valley point of the inductor current is above the current limit threshold. Please refer the section 7.3.12 Overcurrent and Short-Circuit Protection in the datasheet for more details.
Please note that when Buck converter is configured as IBB the output current & peak to peak inductor current will have limitations and it is less than the Max Iout specified for Buck converter. Please refer to the 4.2 Current Stress section mentioned in the following document for more details.
