TIDA-00712: About LPKF Text Top and LPKF Text Bottom Layer of TIDA-00712

I noticed that there is nothing in M7 LPKF Text Top Layer and M8 LPKF Text Bottom Layer as shown below. I really want to learn what these two layers should be used for? Thank you!

Those layers are not used which is why they're empty.
