Hi JC-san,

My customer tried that and had the following display.

However, he still cannot install the PSPICE-FOR-TI, he has the same display of " (407) Proxy authentication required".
Could you give us any advices?

Hello,

Has the user installed PSpice for TI on any other machines? Or is this the first installation attempt? Additionally, PSpice for TI requires access to the following hosts during installation: 

• cdsplicwc.cadence.com on port 443
• https://downloads.ti.com
• https://software-dl.ti.com

Please have the IT department confirm that the tool can access these during installation.
