Thank you for your response.
We had checked some pins of DRV8353RH according to given table. Result of the tests are following,
VM = 26.8V
VDRAIN = 26.8V
VCP = 26.8V
VGLS=15.6V
VDS = 1.749V

We can not find last three pins given in the table sent by you. We are attaching pin diagram of DRV8353RH. Please find in attach file.

Hi Sudhir,

Thanks - It looks like VCP is low. It should be VDRAIN +10V. This could mean you are encountering a charge pump fault.

(VDS_OCP is measured from VDRAIN to SHx or SHx to SPx during operation, SEN_OCP is measured from SPx to SNx during operation, GDF is measured from GHx to SHx or GLx to SPx during operation)

Are you using the TIDA-010056 board files or do you have a different schematic? If this is a different schematic can you send it?

Ok, it looks like charge pump fault. so how can we resolved it?

We developed our hardware using TIDA-010056 as reference files. I attached our hardware picture as shown below.

Can I see the schematic of the DRV835x and the surrounding circuits & passive components? I want to check the VCP capacitor specifically.

Hi Matt,

Earlier by mistake we had check voltage on wrong pin.

We are getting 27.2V on one side of capacitor and 38.7 V on other side of capacitor connected (C30) with VCP.

That sounds correct for the charge pump.

Is the nFAULT pin staying low, or does it pulse high at any point when the part is powered ON? You will need an oscilloscope to check since the pulse duration could only be a few microseconds.

Can I see the rest of the schematic around the DRV8350?

When we debug and run, this kind of noise is generated for a few seconds as you can see in below pic.

This is our main board and red led(R24) indicate nFAULT pin.

Now we knew that this is sense amplifier overcurrent fault, so how can we tie these pins in such a tiny IC which is already placed on PCB. Same with VREF how can we apply 5V?

Please help.

Now red light has not light-up i don't know why??

What does it mean? fault has been removed? 

one more thing to add, now i measure the voltage across GHx, SHx, GLx, SPx pins, this is the result i get as shown below

We could short these pins together and supply 3.3V to VREF as you said, but it shows the same result.

This is the voltage waveform at GLC. Peak to Peak to voltage is 11.4V.

This is GLB waveform.

GLA waveform 

Now we are clueless what to do next?

Hello Sudhir,

These waveforms show that the driver is not in a fault state: the gates are being driven low and high. The device does not have any fault state where the outputs will be drven.
