TIDA-00928: CDCLVC1102PW (U5) pin direction

Hi,

it seems the pin 3 (Y0) of schematic symbol U5 has wrong direction.
According to the data sheet it is an output, same function as like as Y1.

Actually, the issue is present in all reference designs where the part has been used.
