Hi,
I got the eval board, but the board is not getting powered, only D4 LED is ON, rest all LEDs D5 & D1 are not turning ON?
What could be the reason, & how to solve this?
Thanks,
Arun Pant

Hi Arun,
The D4 LED turning on indicates that the SoM is receiving the expected 5V from the base board. Can you verify you have the appropriate power connectors attached to the board and that the eval board is booting off eMMC (Table 5 of User's Guide)?

Hi,
The voltage at TP 5V0 is measured only 1.41V, the D4 LED is glowing very light, the board is not booting up, D5 doesn't glow, D1 also doesn't turn ON, no data communication on the serial USB cable with laptop. Unable to identify the reason for this?
Arun,
The SoM board and PMICs are directly powered from the USB Type-C input to the base board. If the SoM is not receiving 5V, there is an issue somewhere between the USB Type-C connection to the DCDC converter (MP8759GD) to the SoM board.
