I need to shift the PWM frequency too. I plan to shift them by hardware, do you have any suggest?
I use STM32F4 series MCU to control the gate driver

Hi Khyarul,

Changing the frequency through hardware is much more difficult than doing so through firmware. I don't understand why you need to do so.

If I set the first's PWM duty cycle to 70% and the second's PWM duty cycle must be 70% too?

What if I set them both 100%? Is it safe?

Yes, the duty cycles of both the phases should be the same for current balancing.

Since the gate driver in TIDA-00120 requires bootstrap bias for the high side MOSFET, you can't get 100% duty cycle operation. The maximum duty cycle has to be limited to around 95% to allow sufficient time for the bootstrap to charge.

Minimum duty cycle is not a problem. 0% is possible.
