Hi Team,

Our customer would like to update the firmware version of EZ430-F2013 from 1.00.02.000 to 3.00.01. Is it updated thru CCS?

Yes, you could update through CCS. When you try to download and debug a project, it will prompt you to update the EZ-FET firmware.

You could also use a cloud tool like Uniflash and it will also prompt to update the EZ-FET firmware.

Do they also have a MSP-FET430UIF connected to the PC? I believe the EZ430-F2013 should show up as "MSP Debug interface", but this is a very old tool that I do not have to check myself.

If this is a COM port issue, they may want to try changing the COM port number.
