CC2640R2F: CC2640R2F BLE APPLICATION

i uploaded "blinky_backdoor_select_btn2640r2.bin " file using sblAppEx .

Upload was successful but now i am unable to flash my Launchpad via CCS. i am getting this error message 

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.

    Hello,

    I have a few questions that should help us resolve this issue more efficiently. Which SDK version are you using for your projects? With version of CCS is being used? Have you tried using Smart RF Flash Programmer 2 to flash the device? I am not able to find the blinky_backdoor_select_btn2640r2 project. Where is this project located?
