CC2564: CC2564 power on sequence

Part Number: CC2564

Dear

When we use stm32f407 with cc2564 for software debugging, it prompts initialization failure. We measure the power on sequence of cc2564 and find that it is inconsistent with the description in the specification.

1.Description of power on time sequence in the specification:

  2. The measured power on sequence of our development board is as follows:

nSHUTD/VDD_ IO/VDD_ IN/HCI_ RST is basically at the same time, VDD_ IO & VDD_ In and nshutd have no delay. I understand that there should be no problem.

nSHUTD and HCI_ The delay time between RST is 151.7ms > 100ms. Does this mean that cc2564 is not powered on normally?

The frequency of slow clock is 32.768KHz, and the delay time with nshutd is 64.14ms > > 2ms

Fast clock frequency is 26MHz, the frequency is normal, and the delay time with nshutd is 86.54ms > > 20ms

3.Cc2564 development board circuit:

Please help to confirm the problems and improvement methods,Thank you~~~~

  • Hello user6555887,

I'm more than happy to review your schematic and check if anything is causing this issue, but when I open the attached image, everything is a blur.

Please request an official design review here and provide a schematic document that clearly shows what component values you are using.

    BR,

    Seong
