To measure the power consumption, please refer to section 8.2.1.2 of the CC2564MODAEM User's Guide. To set RF Tx power, you can use an HCI command: HCI_VS_DRPb_Set_Power_Vector (0xFD82) in the attached Version Specific HCI User's Guide.
