CC2640: Migration from CC2640 to FRE014 (CC2640R2F)

Hi Team, 

My customer is trying to migrate from CC2640 for FRE014 (CC2640R2F)

But they found  FRE014 (CC2640R2F) (127mA) consume more power than CC2640(103mA).

The following is basic info:

    Compoment: MCU+CC2640/FRE014+CC2592

    SDK:3.40.00.10

    Example code : simple-peripheral-observer

The following is the power measurement by EnergyTrace

Please help to provide comments for fine-tune power consumption.

    Hi Mike,

    Please do not consider the maximum current values from EnergyTrace to be a valid comparison between two devices.  This could vary based on the tools sample rate and current activity of the device at the time the samples were taken.  The mean (average) current is even lower on the FRE014 from these screenshots.  Please use a power analyzer or precision multimeter if you want an accurate power consumption comparison.
