CC2652R: AOA without synchronization

I use cc2652r1 to realize rtlsaoa function，the stack version simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_4_40_04_04.

To get CTE，Master must synchronize with slave.Is there any way for the master to obtain CTE directly without synchronization？

Hi,

I am afraid there is no solution to avoid the need for synchronization. Synchronization is required in order to periodically scan in order to receive the periodic advertisements sent by the responder (slave).

If I don't use constant period broadcasting, do I still need to sync. Can I load CTE into other broadcast packages so that the master can find it？

Hi,

Based on the Bluetooth Core Specifications, CTEs can only be appended to periodic advertisements or connection packets.
