CC2642R-Q1: Timing Parameters - CC2642's SSI

My customer who employs the CC2642R-Q1 will start trying the evaluate the SPI. The Datasheet and TRM document do not tell the timing parameter of the SSI(SPI). They would like to know the parameters (data hold time, setup time and output delay)as attached capture.

Do we have a document just like that? Or Could you please share those info with them?

Hello Nonaka,

Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) Characteristics are provided in Section 8.11.4 of the CC2642R-Q1 datasheet. You can expect these parameters to scale linearly alongside main frequency.

Hi Ryan,
My customer has already checked the datasheet but it does not tell RX data setup time, RX data hold time, TX data output delay and TX data hold time. They just want to know those parameters just like attached CC32xx datasheet. De we define those parameters?

Hi Nonaka,

These values are not specified, hence why I recommend approximating these min/max parameters linearly. As the maximum CC2642R-Q1 SSI frequency is 4 MHz, tIS/tIH would be 20 ns and tOD equals 100 ns.
