Dear all,

I am working on CC2642 and my project is based on simple peripheral oad example. The SDK version that I use is 4.40.

I need to protect the flash from readings. In reference manual, it's described in CCFG section to write protection. But, I want read-protection.

Can you help me about how can I protect the chip from readings.

Dear Yikai,

I understand from TER's reply that I need to disable JTAG. I disabled "debug access" and disabled "bootloader backdoor" but I can still read the memory. What should I do? If you can help I would be really appreciated.

Do you mean you still can use JTAG to read flash even you already disabled "debug access" and disabled "bootloader backdoor"?

Dear Yikai,

I found out I need to lock debug interface from settings of uniflash. When I did it, it becomes unreadable. Thanks for your support.
