i recently purchase CC2540 USB Bluetooth low energy USB Dongle.

how to scan BLE 5 extended advertisement beacons in CC2540 USB ble sniffer? anuy one give idea, welcome.

Hey Amrit,

Unfortunately the CC2540 EMK does not support Bluetooth LE 5 features. My colleague has summarized the limitation of this sniffer here.

Is there any other hardware which can scan/sniff BLE 5 legacy features?

I have CC1352P Evaluation board but no tools for scanning.

We can use HCI tester but it crash after some time.

So can you suggest any tool which can support CC1352P evaluation aboard or any other HW which can scan BLE 5 beacons.

As I know, TI doesn't provide such sniffer. You might need to use commercial bluetooth sniffer such as such as Ellisys Bluetooth Analyzer.
