Which fw is needed to use the CC2540 USB dongle as a COMM device? Would someone please post a link to the specific file?

If you want CC2540 USB dongle to act as BLE NCP and communicate with host such as BTool, you should download CC2540_USBdongle_HostTestRelease_All.hex to it. I attached reference hex file for you.

If you want CC2540 USB dongle to act as BLE sniffer, you should download sniffer_fw_cc2540_usb.hex into it. I also attach sniffer_fw_cc2540_usb.hex for your reference.
