Could you help us with our customer's concern below.
In the TI datasheet for CC2651R3SIPA, under "Development tools and software", it list "LP-CC2651R3SIPA Development Kit".
"It looks like we’ve encountered some resistance.

Was it ever available? If not available, what would we use for development to represent the CC2651R3SIPA Bluetooth signal strength and integrated Antenna?
It would be necessary to develop my product knowing any possible shortcoming with the Bluetooth signal strength/antenna combination integral to the chip.
