Hi Team,

I can't see any description about the ROM size of CC2640. What's the ROM of CC2640? Can you check the ROM of CC2640?

    Hi Gust,

    To be clear, the CC2640 device has

    - some ROM, written in our factories and that cannot be modified by the customer. There is no point in sharing details about the ROM size as this memory cannot be modified by the customer.

    - some Flash, that will contain the customer's program (128 kB)

    - some Cache memory (8kB)

    - some RAM  (20kB)

    Please refer to the device's datasheet for more details. You can also refer to section §7.7 of the device user's guide for details on the ROM content.
