I have created a development board for the first stage design of our Bluetooth Module. In this device, I am using an FTDI USB to UART IC, a voltage shifter, and your CC2564C IC. I am using the USB power to 3.3V regulator and a 1.8V regulator for the power sources. This is a design I have used many times to evaluate different BT modules. For some reason, we cannot communicate with your IC. I have URX to the IC working, RTS and CTS are both low, and I have oscillation on both crystals. However, the IC never responds.
I am hoping someone can look over my schematic and layout to see what, if anything, I have done wrong. Let me know if this is at all possible, even at a cost.
