Hi TI Teams,

Our customers have some questions about the GPIO configuration of CC2642R-Q1 and need to determine how to assign UART, SPI, I2C, INT, PWM. In their project, 2 UARTs, 2 SPIs, 2 I2Cs and 12 INTs are required. Can u give us some suggestion for this?

    Hi Lumina,

    The CC2642R-Q1 has the following hardware communication resources: 2 SPI, 2 UART, and 1 I2C.  These can be configured on any GPIO pin.  The remaining I2C requirement can be fulfilled by using the bit-bang software solution from Sensor Controller Studio using a Sensor Controller enabled pin.  These interfaces combined will require around 16 pins, leaving 15 available for interrupt pins which can also be configured from any GPIO.
