Need microprocessor suggestion for "IOT GATEWAY" product design

Me - Yes, It is UART. But this isn't the main concern.

Me - I saw the list of filtered devices on link provided by you. But all of them are MICROCONTROLLERS and NOT MICROPROCESSORS.
