CC2564C: Permanently Pair (Bonding) with Remote Bluetooth SPP

Part Number: CC2564C

Greetings,

I'm currently developing a bluetooth application using cc256x to connect to an android phone and currently it doesn't have any trouble whatsoever. I store the LinkKeyInfo in Flash Memory right before the device is turn off so the LinkKeyInfo can be reused after I turn on the device again. When I turn on the device and check the LinkKeyInfo, it's still show the same value, but when the user (Android Phone) tries to connect to the SPP the LinkKey is Invalid. User have to enter back into pairing mode and enter the pin again and again every time the device start. From users perspective this is very annoying.
I've found this problem on another thread around 9 years ago, the thread said it have been resolved, but I didn't find the answer in the thread discussion. Does anyone can help/know the solution?
