CC2652R7: The device will not work normally when VDDS=1.71V

For TI CC2652R7, datasheet mention that supply voltage range is 1.8~3.8V

Dose it means CC2652R7 will not work if VDDS lower than 1.8V?

Because in our customer design, they supply 1.8V±5% (1.71~1.8~1.89) to VDDS of CC2652R7

I’m afraid the CC2652R7 will not work normally when VDDS=1.71V(the worst case)
