Hello,

I'm sorry but that appears to be a BGA package and the CC2640R2FRSMT is a 32-pin 4x4mm QFN package.

Can you please clarify what I should be looking at?

Seems, like there is a broken wire bond inside the package. Is the chip defective or does it work? If it works should be ok.
