SmartRF Studio, the device control panel can not open.
cc2538-cc2592 Evaluation Module Kit mounted to SmartRF06EB, which is connected to windows PC (SmartRF 7 2.28.0 version).
The board can be detected, but can not open the device control panel. The pop-up error message is shown below.
I also tried the CC2650EM board with the same SmartRF06EB (jumper and switch configurations), and the device control panel CAN be opened successfully.
Could anyone support me to solve this bug?
