CC2564: Bluetopia support for IAR 9.2

Typically we only update the SDK when there are changes in the stack.

Have you tested the latest IAR with the existing libraries? is there any issue?

There is a dedicated SDK for TM4C: https://www.ti.com/tool/CC256XM4BTBLESW,

Please use older IAR version (older than 8.11) as mentioned in that post.

I linked to the wrong SDK in my previous post--the customer is using the dedicated stack for the TM4C and is experiencing the issue using IAR 9.20. Is there any way we can provide them with the latest compiled library?
