We Used the CC2541 Bluetooth Chip in our product.
We already make a product with CC2541.
And we want to test the cc2541 chip with SmartRFtm Studio 7 V2.17.0
And we select the 2.4GHz CC2541 BLE mode.
And connect the device product but device sontrol pannel say " (offline)"
The bottom mark also say CC254 BLE DEVICE CONTROL PANNRL comes out as "Not Connected" and comes out as "Offline Mode" and "Radio State N.A".
What is the cause and how to take action.
Please let me know how can we solve this problem as soon as possible.
It's very Urgent.
Please help me rapidly.
