Hi team,

the flash programmer can't recognize CC2640 when programming. do u have advice ? how can my customer see whether the device is damaged. Thanks!

Hi Zoey,

What specific error message is displayed? Is the customer able to access and program the device through Uniflash or CCS/IAR? Are they able to program any other boards or devices?
