Does the customer specifically require version 5.30? I was able to reach the same page as you were, but I was able to download the latest SDK for macos successfully.
I was able to download the 7.10 Mac OS Installer at the following link: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-LOWPOWER-F2-SDK/7.10.00.98

The issue is on our server hosting the installer. There was a change a while back that seems to have impacted this particular installer which we are hoping to fix ASAP. The issue is not on the customer's side.
