how to program in MSP430BT5190 with MSP430 eZ430-RF2560 ????

Hello
is my first time programming in MSP430BT5190 in MSP430eZ430RF2560 ... I wish I could communicate with a cell phone and change some parameters such as device name .... do not know where to start .. I have the CCS v4.

    Currently there is no CCS support. You will need to download the 30-day evaluation version of IAR here:

    After which, you can download the Mindtree SDK:
