The data sheet provides values for power consumption. I'm not sure what is meant by connectivity time. Signal range is not provided since range is dependent on a number of factors including the PHY being used, the sensitivity of the receiver, the local environment, etc. Instead we would look at TX power which is provided in the data sheet as well.

In terms of procedure, depending on what you're trying to measure, here are a couple examples:

For measuring TX power you can connect the device to a spectrum analyzer.
