In the SDK 7_40 and onward there are two repository : ble5stack and ble5stack_flash.

What is the difference and which one should be used (especially migrating from an older SDK version ?)

Hi Geoffrey,

The ble5stack should be used on device having a part of the stack in ROM (CC2642R, CC2652R, CC2652R7),

The ble5stack_flash should be used on devices without any part of the stack in ROM.

The examples are configured to pull in the right stack version - this should not be altered as it may lead to unexpected results.
