CC2642R-Q1: CCS ROV missing modules

Tool/software:

My customer would like to use ROV to check the memory status for CC2642, but when running their project, ROV only shows Monitor and System modules, other modules are missing in the view.

CCS version: 12.7.1

SDK version: simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_7_41_00_17

The examples from the same SDK can show all ROV modules as expected, but not in customer's project. SysConfig is disabled in the project, with other application code added.

I assume it is because of some project configuration, but I cannot find which configuration does ROV depend on. Would you please guide which configuration is related to the ROV view and could cause this issue? Thanks.

Can you confirm if you are using a Q1 device?

Is this for an automotive application?

Yes, this is Q1 device and automotive application.

I have figured out the root cause, syscfg_c.rov.xs was not generated because SysConfig was disabled in the project. After adding this file the ROV modules are back.
