My customer is asking for this, I have no knowledges about CC2642 RTC version, could you please help on this question?

    Island,

    RGZ and RTC are different package types. Mainly the difference is that the RTC package has wettable flanks and a 0.9mm max height. RGZ does not have wettable flanks and a 1mm max height.
