.brd to .alg file of CC256x Bluetooth Module

Hi,

Could someone with Allegro convert the CC256x binary .brd design file into ASCII .*alg?

I would like to run it on Altium, but Allegro must be installed in my system in order for Altium to convert the binary version (*.brd) of the file. However, I've read that Altium can import Allegro ASCII files (*.alg) without having Allego installed.

Hi,

At this moment we cannot support the conversion. You can use the Gerber files as a reference to create the design. Since you want ALG format, you can use Altium to import it.
Anyway let me check it internally and get back to you on this.

You can take the BXL symbol for the QFN (available here http://www.ti.com/product/CC2564/quality#cadsymfoot) and can convert it to the desired format. That would provide you a good start as well.
