The SensorTag (CC2650STK) is a development / evaluation platform. As per the SensorTag wiki main page: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../SensorTag2015
"The SensorTag reference design has passed FCC(US)/ETSI(Europe)/IC(Canada) RF testing but it is not formally certified. "
