The only difference between the CC2564MODN and the CC2564MODA is that the CC2564MODA has integrated antenna. Thus, the CC2564MODA is certified by filing a class 2 permissive change to the CC2564MODN design. So, to answer your questions

1. Yes.

2. Yes. The class 2 permissive change was performed for the CC2564MODA.
