LMX9838 issue - Rx: Event: Link Established, Status: 02, BdAddr: FFFFFFFFFFFF, Local Port: FF, Remote Port Number: FF

Hi

Using Simply Blue commander Application for LMX9838 dongle, I have set/Written all default values (as per data sheet) using NVS Write command(opcode 0x73) for EEPROM. After reset, the device is responding with below messages. Could anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Response from LMX9838 after reset:

Rx: Event: Link Established, Status: 02, BdAddr: FFFFFFFFFFFF, Local Port: FF, Remote Port Number: FF

Rx: Event: Link Established, Status: 02, BdAddr: FFFFFFFFFFFF, Local Port: FF, Remote Port Number: FF

Rx: Event: Link Established, Status: 02, BdAddr: FFFFFFFFFFFF, Local Port: FF, Remote Port Number: FF

Rx: Event: SimplyBlue Ready, SW Version: 0212

I read the Bluetooth Device address stored in EEPROM. BD Address is not FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF
