CC2564MODN: How to Disable Link supervision timeout by using Bluetopia

I already know about Bluetooth spec around that consideration, but we have the intention to use the CC2564 in a dedicated application who need to be always connected. So we have to disable the Supervision timeout, this is a required from the client.

According to the Bluetopia documentation around the function "HCI_Write_Link_Supervision_Timeout(...)" it can be possible for disabling this functionnality. But, this funciton seems not works, because after setting the Link supervision timeout we perform a read "HCI_Read_Link_Supervision_Timeout()" and it return always the same value.

Any Ideas?

Denis, We reviewed the controller firmware and it does allow setting the supervision timeout to '0' (disable). Can, you confirm you are setting the timeout value to '0'? And, it would be great, if you can also collect the firmware logs with 'Logger' tool with both HCI/LMP viewer enabled..

Here is more details:
The HCI_Write_Link_Supervision_Timeout() status result code return always "2" even if I use a value in range of the BLE spec.
I use as connection handle value the one from the GAP_LE_Query_Connection_Handle().

It appears, the return code indicates a bad connection handle. Can, you please take firmware logs using 'logger' tool. It would show which handle is passed and why controller is rejecting the command.

Please ensure, that the connection handle is de-referenced from the handle pointer returned from ' GAP_LE_Query_Connection_Handle', before passing to 'HCI_Write_Link_Supervision_Timeout().

I come back to you soon with logs and yes I'm sure that I use well the handle pointer. The handle value is 1025 in decimal.

The HCI_Write_Link_Supervision_Timeout() is it supported for the LE Controller?
