Hi

For the trace in green circle, I know it must have 50 ohm impedance.

But for the trace in blue circle. Is it must keep 50 Ohm impedance or not?  Thanks.

    Hi Daniel,

    The output of the balun (blue circle) is not necessarily 50 ohm. The T-filter (green circle) is used to match the balun output to 50 ohm. The filter is also used to reduce the level of harmonic emission.

    You should follow the reference designs to get best RF performance.
