CC2541: Where to find Over-the-Air firmware upgrade Android app & code from Github

Hi.

Can anyone answer below 2 things: - 

1. I got to know "Simplelink starter” is the Android app that can be used for CC254x Over the Air Firmware upgrade. I am downloading the APK file from here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details? id=com.ti.ble.simplelinkstarter (but it shows for CC2650 instead of CC2541). 

2. The source code of the same available here https://git.ti.com/sensortag-20-android. But I am unable to download. Can I have a suggestion where to look for or how can I download it?
