We can't get OAD example for iOS from gitorious via the links here : www.ti.com/.../SENSORTAG-SW

Is there any source code for OAD update for iOS 10 and CC2640R2F, please let us know.

Can someone at TI verify this?

Are you looking for an embedded example or a mobile app? The SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK has 2 embedded OAD examples. Please refer to the OAD guide for more information: software-dl.ti.com/.../oad.html

TI does not provide iOS OAD source code. However, a community member has shared his implementation dubbed OADKit. You can find it here:
