CC256XMSPBTBLESW: Need BLE Declaration Number

Part Number: CC256XMSPBTBLESW

I need to know what the BLE Declaration number is for this stack.  The datasheet only gives the QDID# but I need the declaration number to get through certification.

    Please refer to the Description section of the CC256XMSPBTBLESW product page. You can search the QDID numbers on the Bluetooth Launchstudio (link) for the declaration ID.
    Host subsystem : QDID 37180 (Declaration ID B019355)
    Profile subsystem : QDID 42849 (Declaration ID B020402)
