Hello,

I have a project based on the Multi_role project, that works good on the CC2650 LaunchXL.

I want to upload it to CC2640R2F LaunchXL.

When I try to upload (debug) the stack project, I get this error:

Why is it?

How can I upload the project to the CC2640R2F?

Is there anything else I need to do in order to work with the CC2640R2F?

The BLE stack used by CC2650 and CC2640R2F are different. For CC2640R2F, you have to to its own multi-role project.

Where can I find the CC2640R2F Multi Role project, and other sample projects?
I've searched for it but couldn't find it.

Hi Amit,

As YK said, you will need to port your application to the CC2640R2F multirole example. The CC2640R2F SDK has a BLE stack users guide which also contains porting/migrating information.

Your link is for CC2640 to CC2640R2F. I move from CC2650 to CC2640R2F..

CC2640 and CC2650 are interchangeable with regards to software in this case. Either way, the migration doc shows BLE stack 2.2.2 (which supports both CC2640 and CC2650) and how to migrate to the CC2640R2F SDK
