CC2642R: Rev C in combination with SDK 2.40

Team,

my customer is using CC2642R (Rev C) with the new 2.40 SDK. They wanted to start with the SimplePeripheral example, but it hangs at function ti_sysbios_family_arm_cc26xx_Boot_trimDevice().

Could this be related to the combination of the new SDK and Rev C materail?
