We are IC programmer manufacturer.
I have a programming issue about CC2640R2FTWRGZ, and need your help to fix the issue.
We use the IAP (boot code) to develop the programming tool.
Recently customer reports to us some ICs are unable to be programmed again.
We analyzed these failure ICs and found these chips are locked through TI tool, and the code doesn't set up lock function.
We can replicate the lock issue while we break off the JTAG signal during programming, and it is not easy to be replicated.
We need your help to provide some information to avoid the lock issue is happened.
Maybe we need to set up the register to disable something. Please help to support this case.
