CCS/CC2564CMSP432BTBLESW: The audio can't work from speaker product to Ti Device

Part Number: CC2564CMSP432BTBLESW
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC256XCQFN-EM, CC3200AUDBOOST, TLV320AIC3254

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I use the HFP AG demo of SDK to connect my speaker product( product has A2DP ,HFP profile), and step-by-step to do with HFP AG demo application wiki.

The audio can working from Ti device to my speaker product

     audio  : Ti Device --> my speaker product

But it can’t record the sound from my speaker product to Ti Device

     audio  : my speaker product --> Ti Device

How can I to do?

  • Did, you make the HW modifications to the CC256XCQFN-EM board, as mentioned in the User's guide (

  • Do you mean modify the CC256XCQFN-EM at R19,R18,R11?

    if it is this thing, I was already do this. The  page 5 of the User's guide has  mentioned. ( )

    After do this the HFP_AG also can't send the audio to Ti Device from Speaker product.

    The result is my question , It's not solved. So I came here to ask for help.

  • I tried something that I changed the AudioUseCase of HAL.c

         case aucHFP_HSP:

             InputLine = CODEC_LINE_IN;

             OutputLine = CODEC_LINE_OUT;

    InputLine is the audio from Ti Device to Speaker

    HFP_AG Demo of SDK is

             InputLine = CODEC_ONBOARD_MIC;

    It is open so the channel is busy, the speaker can't sent the audio to Ti Device.

    I change it

    InputLine = NO_INPUT;

    But it had echo on my speaker. The audio will play on speaker and CC3200AUDBOOST at the same time.

            InputLine = CODEC_LINE_IN;

    and I don’t use cable input the CC3200AUDBOOST.

    So the channel is not busy, I can let the speaker send the audio to Ti Device.

    I don’t know is this the best solution but I can use it. If anyone have other idea can tell me.

  • The configuration of the Audio codec's input and output ports/accessories are only suggestive.. The intent of the demos are to show case the BT Audio/profile stack functionality. So, you may change Audio codec (TLV320AIC3254) configuration, as needed to your usecases..
